The prep time for this set of resources is considerably less varying from 30-45 days to adapt to the vision and get productive. The monetary compensation for such resources is a bit higher varying from US 6,000 - US $15,000 Per Annum based upon their Skill Set, Experience(Varying from 1 - 4+ Years), Domain knowledge, Utility etc.
Freshers/Interns – The fresh wave of resources comes with a lot of new energy, ideas, passion and ambition which if channelized right can be much rewarding. As we know that the market and trend is iterating every 3 months nowadays and it gets difficult to match up the speed, that is where a newer perspective and ideas for the newbies while they learn can also be taken under consideration understanding their active engagements in the market in different roles. The prep time for this set of resources is 3-4 Months before we can term them as productive, However, considering the monetary compensation of these resources is around US $3,000 - US $5,000 Per Annum gives you the opportunity to get more people in and train them on what they emerge with their strengths. A fresher or intern with a zeal to learn is a blessing as they have more bandwidth to understand, learn and implement new things quickly as compared to a seasoned resource as it is easier to mould their energy in the right places needed.
Hybrid Model – As the model explains itself, We can setup an end to end hierarchy with the bouquet of resources as a tiered model as per the requirements so when you plan to get the team in-house, You have the Executives, Managers, Senior Managers etc. all sorted with their roles and responsibilities predefined

The inbound model can work 2 ways:
- Leads generated by the organization and are managed by us with a weekly audit report.
- Leads generated and managed by us on a decided budget with performance tracking and audit reports submitted on a weekly basis.
In this model, we will reach out the prospects through a purely outbound channel setup and strategized by us as per the prerequisites given by you on the targeted audience. We will use the content provided by your organization or we can bundle this with the content creation done by us.
This model can have both the approaches in a parallel manner considering the short term revenue being generated by the Inbound channel while the long term business engagements or enterprise accounts channel can be taken care of by the Outbound channel. We can discuss and tailor make the teams as per the capacity needed either side.
